The Actuaries Institute has appointed Win-Li Toh as its new President for 2025, marking a new chapter for the organization.
Toh, a Principal at Taylor Fry with more than 25 years of experience, is calling on actuaries across Australia to leverage their analytical expertise in addressing pressing societal challenges. She emphasized the importance of tackling generational inequality and mitigating emerging risks such as cyber threats.
In her remarks, Toh highlighted how actuaries can contribute to solving complex problems in key areas, including artificial intelligence, healthcare, climate change, and government services.
