Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) has announced the appointment of Jack Skinner as the new head of its Political Violence & Terrorism division for the Asia-Pacific region.
With nearly a decade of experience in underwriting for political violence and terrorism, Skinner brings extensive expertise to the role. Prior to joining TMK, he held the position of Class Underwriter at Talbot, where he worked for a total of nine years—two of which were spent in London and seven in Singapore.
TMK’s Political Violence & Terrorism team has been rapidly expanding across the Asia-Pacific region, offering a broad range of coverage options including sabotage, terrorism, malicious damage, and active assailant protection.
In his new role, Skinner will focus on enhancing TMK’s presence in key markets and driving further growth within the region. He will collaborate closely with Grace Li, the Political Violence and Terrorism Underwriter, to build on the team’s momentum and strengthen its position in the market.
