Global marine insurer NorthStandard has announced the appointment of Kate Kwiatkowska as its new Head of Sustainability.
Kwiatkowska brings extensive experience from her previous role as Head of ESG and Corporate Marketing at Fintel plc. In her new position at NorthStandard, she will be responsible for engaging with the company’s members, brokers, employees, and stakeholders to integrate sustainability into the overall corporate strategy. Additionally, she will lead reviews of the company’s sustainability initiatives and establish key performance metrics to monitor progress.
Kwiatkowska holds a Master of Science in Risk, Disaster, and Environmental Management from the University of Huddersfield and has also completed the Leading Sustainable Corporations program at the University of Oxford.
