AXA Hong Kong and Macau has entered into a strategic partnership with Ant Bank (Hong Kong) and AlipayHK to introduce digital insurance products via the Ant Bank Mini App on the AlipayHK platform. This collaboration aims to offer a variety of insurance solutions to AlipayHK’s extensive user base, which exceeds 4.2 million people.
The partnership will utilize AXA’s diverse insurance portfolio alongside Ant Bank and AlipayHK’s integrated “E-wallet X Digital Bank” framework. This model is designed to seamlessly deliver insurance services, providing customers with easier access to financial protection and wealth management tools.
Initially, AXA will roll out several key life and savings products through the platform. These will include the FortuneXtra Savings Plan, Wealth Ultra Savings Plan, Max Wealth Insurance Plan, and Max Goal Insurance Plan. These products will be available through Ant Bank’s digital channels integrated within AlipayHK.
Looking ahead, AXA plans to expand the range of insurance offerings, gradually introducing additional categories to meet the evolving needs of both individuals and businesses. The move is aimed at simplifying the insurance application process and broadening access to financial services in Hong Kong and Macau.
