Ping An Health has reported impressive growth in its first-quarter earnings for 2025, with a significant rise in both profit and revenue. The company’s strong performance was driven by growth in health and senior care services, along with advancements in AI technology.
Strong Q1 Growth Driven by Health and Senior Care Services
Ping An Health’s net profit in the first quarter of 2025 increased by double digits, reaching $8.11 million (RMB 57.9 million). The company’s revenue also saw a significant jump, rising 25.8% year-on-year to $150 million (RMB 1.06 billion).
Health and Senior Care Services Lead New Business Value
Approximately 70% of Ping An Life’s new business value came from its health and senior care services by the end of 2024. The company’s health management services were used by over 21 million customers, reflecting a 2.1 percentage point increase in usage compared to the previous year. Additionally, 79% of new customers opted for these services.
Corporate Health Management Business Sees Strong Growth
Ping An Health’s corporate health management business also performed well. The company served over 2,100 enterprises, and its corporate client base continued to expand. This segment’s revenue grew by 43% year-on-year, with more than a 45% increase in paying users.
AI Advancements Enhance Diagnostic and Health Management Services
Ping An Health has continued to develop its AI capabilities. Its AI-powered system is now capable of diagnosing over 2,000 diseases, with a triage accuracy rate exceeding 99% and diagnostic accuracy above 95%. Additionally, the company introduced an AI health manager that has improved chronic disease indicators in 90% of cases.
