MSIG Asia has announced key leadership changes, effective 1 May 2025, to strengthen its focus on digital transformation and corporate strategy.
Adrian Hill Appointed Chief Digital & Consumer Officer
Adrian Hill has been appointed as MSIG Asia’s new Chief Digital & Consumer Officer. He will lead the newly created Digital Consumer Department. Hill joined MSIG Asia in November 2024 and brings a wealth of experience from digital ventures across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. In his new role, he will focus on driving digital partnerships and advancing investments in digital capabilities.
Pearline Soh to Lead Digital Marketing
Pearline Soh, also appointed in November 2024, has been named Head of Digital Marketing. She will report to Hill and will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing efforts in the region. Soh’s primary focus will be on customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies. With experience in markets such as Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore, she is well-versed in consumer behavior and market analysis.
Enny Promoted to Chief Corporate Business Officer
In a parallel move, Enny has been promoted to Chief Corporate Business Officer. She will lead the Corporate Business Department and focus on strengthening broker relationships and advancing corporate partnerships. Enny, who joined MSIG Asia in 2022, previously led the Business Development & Digitalisation Department. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, she has held several senior management roles, including CEO of a general insurance company in Indonesia.
