Janine brings over a decade of experience, having worked in London with major corporations, motor and public liability insurers, and London syndicates. Her expertise centers around large loss and catastrophic injury claims.

As part of Clyde & Co’s casualty claims defence team, Janine will represent insurers and policyholders across various claims. These include catastrophic injury, fraud, property liability, abuse, and neglect. The practice is well-known in Australia for handling high-profile, multi-party, and multi-jurisdictional disputes, benefiting from both local and global insights.

Gareth Horne, Head of Insurance for Australia, commented on Janine’s appointment, stating that her strong connections to both domestic and London markets will deepen the firm’s casualty practice.
