Ping An Tops Global Insurance Rankings in BrandZ 2025 Report

Ping An Insurance has been ranked as the world’s most valuable insurance brand in this year’s BrandZ Global Top 100 list. The company’s brand value reached over $26.3 billion, marking a 25% increase from last year.

Ping An climbed six places to secure the 84th spot overall on the list. It remains the only Chinese insurance company included in the global rankings this year.

This also marks the tenth year in a row that Ping An has been named the most valuable insurance brand in China. The achievement highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to growth through technology and innovation.

The BrandZ Global Top 100, compiled by research firm Kantar, ranks the world’s top brands using both consumer feedback and financial data. The evaluation focuses on three key factors: how meaningful the brand is to consumers, how well it stands out, and how easily it comes to mind.

Since it began in 1998, the BrandZ study has gathered insights from more than 4.5 million consumers across 54 countries, covering over 20,000 brands.

In 2025, a total of 12 Chinese brands made it into the BrandZ Top 100. These include major names like Tencent, Alibaba, TikTok, Huawei, and Ping An.
