In a move to make international travel more affordable for Indian tourists, the Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC), West Zone Mumbai, has introduced a series of all-inclusive tour packages to overseas destinations. These packages aim to provide great value and a stress-free travel experience, especially for middle-class families.
The travel packages include popular destinations such as Europe (including London), Sri Lanka, and Bali. All tours will depart from Mumbai and are scheduled between June and July 2025.
Each package covers nearly every aspect of the journey—return airfares, hotel accommodation, local transportation, sightseeing, meals, entrance fees, visas and permits, travel guides, travel insurance, and even GST—ensuring a smooth experience for travelers.
The announced itineraries include:
- Europe with London: June 26 to July 10, 2025
- Shri Ramayan Yatra – Sri Lanka: June 16 to June 22, 2025
- Amazing Bali: July 14 to July 19, 2025
Gaurav Jha, Group General Manager of IRCTC West Zone, said, “These packages are designed to be pocket-friendly so middle-class families can experience international travel without financial strain. We aim to offer a world-class travel experience with the comfort and convenience that IRCTC is known for.”
He also noted that demand is high, with many travelers booking the packages quickly after they are released online. The pricing is competitive when compared to similar international tours offered by private agencies.
