Founded in 1953 and led by industry veterans Paul and Ted Schroeder, Schroeder Insurance operates from two offices west of St. Louis, with a strong presence in industries including hospitality, public sector, and emergency response. The agency’s balanced business mix and history of strategic acquisitions have bolstered its capabilities.
This acquisition builds on Risk Strategies’ recent Midwest expansion, following several key deals including Gabrielson Insurance & Financial Services and Comprehensive Benefits Inc. in Michigan (January 2025), Ralph C. Wilson Agency (February 2024), and others in Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin. In Missouri, Risk Strategies has also acquired Thomas McGee Group, Stephens & Associates, and Beattie & Associates.
