Trust Micro Insurance to Close Incomplete Claims by June 30

by Celia

Trust Micro Insurance has called on policyholders to urgently complete pending claim processes that have been delayed due to insufficient documentation.

In a notice issued today, the company requested insured individuals—or their authorized representatives—to submit the required documents for claims that were filed between July 1, 2018, and June 15, 2018 but remain unresolved. The notice states that the claimants must contact the company within 21 days from the date of publication to avoid claim closure.

“We urge the insured or their representatives to reach out and provide the necessary documentation within the stipulated time,” the company said, adding that failure to do so will result in the closure of the claim files.
